A. Financial Data & Chat Messages

• Receipts & Expense Logs: When you upload receipts to agentic chat screen or enter expense details in app form, this financial data is processed to help you manage your personal expenses and incomes.
• AI Prompts & Text Messages: Text inputs, receipt images, or financial queries you submit to interact with the AI assistant are collected to generate responses.

B. Device & Technical Identifiers

• Device Identifiers: We collect Google Advertising ID (GAID), Firebase Installation IDs, IP addresses, and device hardware specifications for security, app authentication, and ad delivery.
• App Interactions: Information about how you interact with the App (e.g., button taps, feature usage, page views) is collected for performance and analytical purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

• App Functionality: To enable AI-assisted personal expense management.
• Personalization: To tailor financial budgeting suggestions and transaction categorizations based on your past activity.
• Advertising & Analytics: To display personalized or non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob and monitor app performance via analytics.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: To authenticate API traffic, prevent unauthorized API abuse, and verify device integrity.

3. Service Providers & Third-Party Sharing

We share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate our service:

• Google Gemini API: Processes your uploaded financial text and prompt inputs to generate AI responses and expense parsing.
• Google AdMob: Uses device identifiers, approximate location (via IP address), and usage metrics to serve advertisements. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase / Google Play Services: Handles authentication, installation analytics, and backend database security.

4. Data Retention

Your local transaction history remains stored in your device's database until you delete it or clear the app data. Transient API requests sent for AI processing are retained only as long as necessary to complete the functional request and maintain service stability. If you do not enable the Android OS backup feature, your data may be lost upon uninstalling the app or if your device is damaged.

5. Data Ephemerality & Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Data Rights & Opt-Out Options

• Advertising Preferences: You can reset or limit your Google Advertising ID through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
• Data Deletion: You can clear your income and expense logs directly from within the App or by clearing the App's storage via device settings.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon being published on this page.
